Using ScopeLark
You may use ScopeLark to create, store, share, and manage business estimates and invoices. You must be legally capable of entering an agreement and use the service only for lawful business purposes.
Your account
You are responsible for accurate account information, maintaining password security, and activity conducted through your account. Notify Support if you believe your account or approval links have been compromised.
Your content
You retain ownership of information you enter. You grant ScopeLark the limited permission needed to host, process, back up, and display that content to provide the service. You represent that you have the right to use and share the information you submit.
Estimates are your responsibility
ScopeLark performs calculations and document formatting based on your entries. You are responsible for checking quantities, rates, taxes, discounts, permits, licensing requirements, payment terms, and final totals. ScopeLark does not provide legal, tax, accounting, construction, or pricing advice. A client approval record does not replace legal advice or guarantee that a document is enforceable in your jurisdiction.
Subscriptions
ScopeLark Pro is billed monthly through Stripe until canceled. Current pricing and included features are shown before checkout. You may manage or cancel an active subscription through the billing portal. The Refund Policy applies.
Customer payment links
You may add an HTTPS payment link from a third-party payment provider to an invoice. Payments occur directly between you, your customer, and that provider. ScopeLark is not the merchant of record, does not control those funds, and is not responsible for payment disputes, chargebacks, provider fees, or the linked service.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, probe its security, upload malicious material, violate privacy rights, send deceptive documents, impersonate others, or use ScopeLark for unlawful transactions. We may restrict access to protect users and the service.
Availability and changes
We work to keep ScopeLark reliable but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. Features may evolve, and reasonable limits may be applied to protect performance and prevent abuse.
Disclaimer
To the extent permitted by law, ScopeLark is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, ScopeLark will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service. Total liability for a claim will not exceed the amount you paid for ScopeLark during the preceding twelve months.
Termination
You may stop using ScopeLark at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material violations, abuse, security threats, or legal requirements. Provisions that logically survive termination remain effective.
