A template should help you remember important work without pretending every project is identical. Good templates provide a scope structure, not a locked price.

Separate strategy, UX or visual design, development, content responsibilities, quality assurance, analytics, and launch support. State page counts, revision limits, integrations, and who supplies copy and imagery.
Brand identity
Define discovery, creative directions, concept rounds, logo variations, file formats, guidelines, and excluded applications. Clarify how many stakeholder review rounds are included.
Consulting engagement
Describe access to stakeholders, research inputs, workshops, analysis, recommendations, and presentations. Make the timeline and client responsibilities explicit.
Social media and copywriting
For recurring content, state the channels, post count, revisions, publishing responsibilities, and reporting cadence. For copywriting, define page count, word-count assumptions, interviews, research, and editing rounds.
